Gao Rui

Research Engineer

Gao Rui received her honors degree in communications and electrical engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2007. She then worked on image and signal processing for the classification of dolphin vocalization for a year. Now she is exploring algorithms for AUV positioning at ARL. She is also interested in acoustics, image and signal processing. She has submitted her Master of Engineering thesis at NUS.

Gao Rui is passionate about motorcycle riding and portrait/figure drawings. She also enjoys SCUBA diving, swimming, reading and backpack traveling. She loves cats.
