Teck Khoon started his first engineering job as a machine shop technician with the Republic of Singapore Airforce. After completing his degree (BEng 1st Hons) in Communications Systems from Edith Cowan University in 2001, he joined a local Defense Electronics firm as an Engineer. He later switched to project management, and obtained the MSc in Systems & Project Management from Nanyang Technological University in 2012.
Seeking a return to his engineering roots, he joined ARL in 2016.
